Puja sabbath base camp

The llama arrived we built the large puja altar out of Himalayan granite, decorated it profusely with foot items, Sherpa wedding cake and put all of the gear out to be blessed. The juniper branches were lit on fire which made a nice pungent smoke, and the long chant began, interrupted by some throwing of rice, and ended with a little plate of cookies and nuts and the flour on the cheeks. I pa intend swirling water color drawings of the peak during the service, which is pretty much what i do at home.
